About the Event

Experience Ullmann's chamber opera The Emperor of Atlantis. The Israel Chamber Orchestra performs under the baton of Adrian Sylveen and will be joined by talented singers from the US and Israel.

Ullmann composed his work to a libretto by Peter Kien while both were interned in Theresienstadt around 1943. Its premiere took place in Amsterdam in 1975.
