About the Event
The result of long reflections, revisions and experiments, Johannes Brahms' Symphonies are a cornerstone of the romantic music of the second half of the nineteenth century, an ideal conclusion of Beethoven's world and, at the same time, a starting point for the masterpieces of future music. Robert Trevino, one of the most acclaimed conductors of the young American generation, turns to them to perform them together with the Verdi Orchestra in the first of the two events dedicated to them.
