B6 (Lou Nanli) was born in Shanghai in 1981. In 1999, he began to create electronic music, becoming a famous electronic musician, sound artist and media video artist. In 1999, he began to use the name 'B6' for electronic music and sound art creation. In 2000, he created the independent music label 'Isolation Music', published a large number of electronic music and experimental music works, and also created soundtracks for many films and cross‐media artists. His music style covers many aspects in the field of electronic music. B6 has performed on important musical stages and festivals around the world.
