In his 'Best Of' of swing music, Andrej Hermlin as pianist and bandleader of the Swingin' Hermlins charmingly leads the audience through a concert full of swing music. Thanks to the support of the multi‐talented soloists Rachel and David Hermlin, his band is not inferior to any formation of the swing era. On the contrary, all these names stand for the renaissance this music is experiencing today. To belong to the Swingin' Hermlins as a musician, one must share the extraordinary passion for the 1940s. The artists' clothes are adapted to the period, the stage set is modelled on the famous orchestras. In this way, the ensemble succeeds in performing authentically and transporting its audience to the years of the 'Chattanooga Choo Choo'.
