About the Event

The St Petersburg Chamber Philharmonic performs Saint‐Saens' musical animal portraits at the Philharmonie Berlin, with commentary by German entertainer Michael Bully Herbig.

After the celebrated premier in Munich, Herbig and the Chamber Philharmonic, under the baton of Juri Gilbo, will present their interpretation of Saint‐Saens' famous masterwork in Berlin, accompanied by dubious bone‐rattling fossils, singing donkeys, and can‐can dancing turtoises. Saint‐Saens' musical zoo is a treasure for young and old.
