Scottish Chamber Orchestra & Benedetti: Tivoli Concert Hall

About the Event

Get ready for a special music experience of this year’s 'Summer Classical' at Tivoli Concert Hall.

The Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the equally distinguished Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti have enjoyed an internationally acclaimed collaboration. Together they have found a wonderfully natural balance between the authentic, pure baroque sound and the rounded contemporary sound.
On the stage of the Tivoli, Nicola Benedetti will play and conduct two of Mozart's Violin Concertos Nos. 3 and 5, as well as Mozart's Haffner Symphony and a new piece by Anna Clyne, which has been compared to Barber's Adagio for strings for its charisma and intensity.
