Meet the future stars of the musical world as they begin their careers. Award‐winning Portuguese clarinetist Horácio Ferreira is among the young artists supported by the European Concert Halls scheme to make debuts in the most important venues in Europe. Alongside the Dutch premiere of a new work by Kimmo Hakola commissioned as part of this scheme, Ferreira plays a wide‐ranging program including the Debussy Rhapsody that caused a sensation at the Debussy Competition in Paris, and Brahms' First Sonata.
