Come and see Borodin's only opera at the Volksoper Wien.

Borodin spent a quarter of a century working on his only opera and didn’t live to finish it. The work was completed by Alexander Glazunov. Its epic choral scenes, Polovtsian dances and finely crafted characters
– the lingering Igor, the brutal Galitsky, the power politician Konchak, the turncoats Skula and Yeroshka – made "Prince Igor" the most significant Russian national opera since "Boris Godunov".
