Betlehem Chapel
Prague, Czech Republic
The Bethlehem Chapel, the first 'Preacher's Church' in Europe, was originally built in the years 1391 to 1394. The historical building is one of the national and cultural treasures of Prague. The church became an important venue during the Reformation through Jan Hus, who preached at the chapel from 1402 to 1412. More than 100 years later, the famous reformer Thomas Münzer was active at the Bethlehem chapel.
Today many visitors can enjoy classical music when they enter the Bethlehem Chapel for a unique concert experience.
