Opening Concert with Lise Lindstrom: Prague Symphony Orchestra

About the Event

Along with the celebration of the 100 years of Czech statehood, Prague Symphony Orchestra opens its 84th season, fourth season with Chief Conductor Pietari Inkinen with works of composers who have shaped the culture of the Republic of Czech.

Among these are Josef Bohuslav Foerster, a pilgrim of Europe, who returned to his father's house in 1918. His glorious Overture is followed by Mahler's Symphony 'Titan'.
