About the Event
Celebrate the New Year with music by Mozart and Strauss, performed by the Johann Strauss Orchester Salzburg at the Salzburg Residenz.
At midnight, an exciting display of fireworks will light up the 900 year‐old Hohensalzburg Castle, the landmark of the 'Mozart City' Salzburg.
The midnight venue unfortunately does not provide disabled access for people with limited mobility.

11:30 pm: Ascent on the funicular to the Festung Hohensalzburg
12.00 midnight: Champagne on the terrace of the Hohensalzburg Fortress with fireworks
Last descent with the funicular of the Hohensalzburg Fortress at 01:00 o'clock
The round‐trip ride on the funicular of the Hohensalzburg Fortress is included in the price.
