Musica Amphion: Baroque Christmas Concert

Mark the start of your Christmas celebrations in the company of the grandees of Baroque music. Christmas‐themed compositions by Handel, Alessandro Scarlatti, Francesco Manfredini, and Corelli begin the festivities on a suitably expansive note.

Celebrated early‐music keyboard specialist Pieter‐Jan Belder leads his Musica Amphion ensemble, using period instruments to add authenticity to their performance. Belgian soprano Ilse Eerens, acclaimed for her performances of music from this period, joins the ensemble for Scarlatti's Cantata Pastorale.
