Two world‐famous soloists play virtuoso trios by Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky onstage of the Grand Hall of the Liszt Academy of Music.

Mischa Maisky came to international fame at the age of 17 when he played at the 1966 International Tchaikovsky Competition. He was coached by the legendary Mstislav Rostropovich and played with the greatest orchestras and soloists. In this concert he is accompanied by his daughter Lili Maisky, violonist Janine Jansen and pianist Itamar Golan.
