Vox Luminis joins forces with the young Ensemble 'A nocte temporis' to approach the theatrical music of Marc‐Antoine Charpentier with his chamber opera 'La descente d'Orphée aux Enfers'. Tenor Reinoud Van Mechelen knows the role of Orpheus at his fingertips for having performed it with the greatest Baroque conductors. As Orpheus he offers his moving interpretation of the role.
