Witness the world premiere of Elena Mendoza's 'La Ciudad de las Mentiras', a new work of musical theater based on four short stories by the Uruguayan writer Juan Carlos Onetti.
'La Ciudad de las Mentiras' is the story of the solitude and fantasies of four women: two singers, one accordionist, and a violinist. The rich timbre of Mendoza's composition delves into the pessimistic world view of Onetti.
