About the Event

At Potsdam's St. Nicholas' Church, Björn O. Wiede conducts the ensemble, Exxential Bach, and soloists in this performance of excerpts of Johann Sebastian Bach's "St. Matthew Passion" and "St. John Passion". Both works are contrasted with the music of Syrian Christians, connecting two different worlds through the medium of music.
