The Amor Artis Chorus offers a festive concert in the beautiful Basilica of St. Patrick's Old Cathedral. Listen to the works by English Renaissance masters Tallis and Byrd, reflected in new, 21st‐century new works, including a world premiere. Featuring Eddie Barbash on soprano saxophone in Whitbourn’s Requiem Canticorum.

Join us for Illuminations, which presents works of Renaissance masters William Byrd and Thomas Tallis juxtaposed with 21st‐century works, and a newly commissioned piece, written to reflect directly on the 16th‐century motets. This program will help you hear Byrd and Tallis in a new and brighter light, as the motets of the ancient masters are reflected through contemporary musical lenses like jazz, minimalism, and gospel.
