About the Event
Luxuriate in the exquisite music of Bellini's setting of the immortal 'Romeo & Juliet' story. Although the opera focuses primarily on the warring families, the two protagonists nonetheless deliver some of opera's most romantic music.
Acclaimed director/designer Denis Krief,a favorite with Italian audiences and critics, stages a new production, conducted by Daniele Gatti. A cast studded with international stars includes Anna Goryachova as Romeo, and Mariangela Sicilia as Giulietta.
