About the Event

Raise a glass, or at least a cheer, and celebrate the 261st birthday of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with Cecilia Bartoli and Antonio Pappano! From the Maestro's religious music to solo and symphonic movements, not forgetting his operas, wonder anew at the constant inventiveness of the great composer.

Pappano both conducts and plays the piano at the head of the Orchestra and Chorus of the Accademia, while superstar mezzo‐soprano Bartoli brings her own special brand of vocal fireworks to add to the festivities.
