Extraordinary Concert: Händel's Messiah

About the Event

With Christmas, Händel's Messiah returns to the Auditorium of Milan. laBarocca, a specialist ensemble of laVerdi founded and directed by Maestro Ruben Jais, rediscovers the musical encounter with what has now become a classic in its repertoire. The masterpiece of the German composer, presented in Dublin in 1741 (oratorio for soloists, choir and orchestra), will be proposed to the most transversal audience — as befits a timeless masterpiece such as the Messiah — in the traditional setting of the Auditorium of Milan in Largo Mahler: a special and emotionally meaningful wish for the Milanese and beyond.
