About the Event

He is 46 and more than 20 years ago this Russian pianist made his much‐remarked debut on the international music scene, under the patronage, in particular, of Herbert von Karajan. The former child prodigy has lived up to that early promise, developing an outstanding career that has taken him to the four corners of the world, in the course of which he has made a large number of recordings.
