ETA Hoffmann twice

About the Event

We want to honour E.T.A. Hoffmann's 200th birthday with a walking concert. At his place of work, Nennhausen Palace and Prince Pückler's Branitz Palace, famous works by and about Hoffmann will be performed on three stages. Robert Schumann's 'Kreisleriana' will be performed in the castle hall. In the park, Matthias Friedrich will read texts from this major work by the Romantic composer. Natali Buck and Kristina Häger, singers from the Deutsche Oper Berlin, will perform arias from 'The Tales of Hoffmann', among other works.
