Join the celebrated Catalan conductor and early music expert Jordi Savall as he explores the ensaladas of the Spanish Renaissance, at the head of his acclaimed ensemble, Le Concert des Nations.
A unique musical melting pot — of styles, genres, dialects, and themes — these 'salads' are aptly named. The product of the creative explosion of the Renaissance, these vocal works offer an intriguing picture of the Iberian peninsular in the 16th century.
