About the Event

Discover the unique marriage of guitar and flute thanks to Christian Rivet and Emmanuel Pahud in a program of works by Bach, Schubert, and Piazzolla at the Théâtre des Champs‐Elysées.

The concert will start with Bach's sonata, originally for flute and harpsichord and here in an arrangement for guitar, followed by the spirited Sonata Arpeggione by Schubert, also arranged for flute and guitar. The evening will culminate with Piazzolla's tango.
