Fast‐rising star soprano Sara Jakubiak sings the dual role of Marie/Marietta, including the composer’s most famous aria, the exquisitely lyrical Glück, das mir verblieb at Berlin’s Komische Oper.

Lamb’s lettuce with Jerusalem artichokes, Ibérico ham and figs
Caesar salad with prawns
Clear tomato soup with leek, pancetta and pine nuts

Main Courses (choice of):
Pan‐fried escalope (schnitzel) with potato salad and cranberries
Calf’s liver in Calvados gravy with apples, onions, bacon and mashed potatoes
Traditional meatballs in a cream of champagne with small red beets, mashed potatoes and crispy capers
Salmon steak with seasonal grilled vegetables and Béarnaise sauce

Home made Desserts (choice of):
Crème brûlée from bourbon vanilla
