Indulge in an evening of delectable music‐making, as the Bremen‐based German Chamber Philharmonic plays Schubert and Mendelssohn. Lead by renowned concert master Florian Donderer, acclaimed pianist Igor Levit brings his own touch of magic to Mendelssohn's First and Second concertos.
These early examples of the Romantic style are complemented by Schubert's Mozart‐influenced Fifth Symphony and the D Major Overture 'in Italian style'.
