About the Event

Fans of the classics are in for a special treat this summer as the majestic Volksoper in Vienna stages a wonderful contemporary production of the classic opera Così Fan Tutte.

Abetted by the philosopher Don Alfonso, Ferrando and Guglielmo decide to put the loyalty of their respective fiancées Dorabella and Fiordiligi to the test. In their “School for Lovers”, Mozart and Da Ponte let the four lovers in question undergo and endure all aspects of love. By the end they come to recognise that love is not a matter of “one size fits all.”
