Colors of the Clarinet: Mozart Week

About the Event

Join Jörg Widmann and the Salzburg Camerata as they continue the 2018 Mozart Week’s portrait of the Clarinet. Works by Widmann, Weber and Mozart illustrate the many shades of color and expression this quintessential wind instrument is capable of, as both soloist and counterpoint, the latter demonstrated in Sesto’s famous aria from ‘La Clemenza di Tito’, sung by acclaimed mezzosoprano Olivia Vermeulen.
