The Lithuanian conductor Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla has been chief conductor of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra since last season, succeeding the greats Sir Simon Rattle and Andris Nelsons.
At her side the piano master Rudolf Buchbinder plays at the guest performance in Berlin, this charming combination gives hope for an extremely exciting Brahms!
