Christoph Eschenbach Conducts Mahler's Fifth: Auditori de Barcelona

About the Event

Christoph Eschenbach leads the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra performing Mahler's dramatic and complex Symphony No. 5, one of the composer's own favorites.

The evening opens with Ravel's Piano Concerto in G major in which the orchestra is joined by one of Eschenbach's early protégés, pianist Tzimon Barto.
