Bulgarian Voices Angelite

About the Event

Bringing together 24 singers from all the regions of Bulgaria, Angelite unites the great performers of Bulgarian music. Majestically articulating the vocal techniques of traditional music with the musical structures of classical composition, the famous choir starts out from these two interconnected traditions. Since 1994 the ensemble has collaborated with the Bulgarian conductor Nikolay Merdjanov, introducing the magic of its songs to audiences all over the world. In Brussels the choir will be performing at the Conservatoire, a concert hall with an acoustic ideal for highlighting the colours and power of these exceptional voices.
