About the Event
Britten's famous opera follows in the tracks of Shakespeare's drama about mistaken identities, confused lovers and strange cases of transformations at London's Coliseum.
Robert Carson returns to the ENO to explore the ambiguous relationships between dream and reality, natural and supernatural, and sexual desire.
The cast is led by Alexander Soddy who gives his debut at the English National Opera.
