Experience the sparkling French operetta melodies at the stunning Palazzetto Bru Zane in Venice. Soprano Jeanne Crousaud will sing works by Offenbach, Hervé and others accompanied by pianist Tanguy de Williencourt.
In the operetta the lovers are light hearted and faithful without hesitation. They dream, dance, cheer and do their best to preserve their virtue. On this thrilling evening in Venice, Offenbach's arias (Les Brigands, Orphée aux enfers, La Vie parisienne), those of his contemporaries Hervé, Lecocq and Varney, as well as those of his heirs Chabrier, Messager and Yvain, will be heard, once again, in a rousing atmosphere of insatiable passion.
