Anna Fedorova: Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 1

About the Event

Ukranian pianist Anna Fedorova will perform Rachmaninoff's First Piano Concerto, which is indisputably one of the most difficult compositions for pianists, complex and full of lyricism, it is a work of emotional extremes.

Fedorova will be accompanied by the Sinfonieorchester St.Gallen under the baton of Modestas Pitrènas. Tchaikovsky's exuberant and dreamy Romeo and Juliet Overture is also featured on the program.
