The wonderfully restored St. Anna, THE Baroque insider tip in Vienna's city centre, opens its doors again for Advent concerts in a peaceful atmosphere. The heated church, inaugurated by Empress Maria Theresia, is adorned with magnificent frescoes by Daniel Gran, the artist who also created the fresco cycle in the dome of the ceremonial hall of the National Library of Vienna.
The programme ranges from the Viennese Classic period to the most beautiful Austrian and international Advent songs, masterfully interpreted by the trumpet player and organist — a joyful and joyful evening that gets you in Christmas mood and which you should not miss.
Magic Trumpet at St. Anna Church invites you to pause for a while — moments in which you can escape the hustle and bustle of the pre‐Christmas period and concentrate on what is essential.
