In this highly‐anticipated concert, hear the mellifluous sounds of classical music by Vivaldi, Grandi, Monteverdi, Frescobaldi, Porpora, Sances, Legrenzi and Rossi at Florence's treasured and world‐renowned Chiesa di Santa Felicita.
This concert offers a journey into the most beautiful and particular sacred baroque arias from musicians of the early seventeenth century to Antonio Vivaldi ranging from madrigal repertoire to keyboard repertoire of sacred scope and in particular focusing on the figure of the Virgin, reference point and inspiration for Italian musicians between the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
