Vicente Amigo was three years old when he saw Paco de Lucía playing on tv. That's what I want too, he concluded. And indeed. Meanwhile, the Andalusian guitarist is one of the world's most popular flamenco artists. With his latest album Memoria de los Sentidos he won a Latin Grammy. After trips to pop music, Amigo is back at traditional flamenco. With a great band and dancer he ventures into the absolute archetypes of the genre. Also present at Memoria de los Sentidos: the spirit of Amigo's compadre Paco de Lucía. They played together as friends, influenced each other and became godfathers of each other's children.
