World‐renowned French soprano Natalie Dessay will delight the Liceu public with this concert under the baton of Emmanuelle Haïm.
Natalie Dessay, whose memorable interpretations at the Liceu of 'Manon' and 'Ophélie' still linger in the minds of the audience, is one of the few singers to be also acclaimed for her acting. She returns now in a concert featuring scenes from Händel's 'Giulio Cesare'. The French soprano will be accompanied by Le Concert d’Astrée, the Baroque orchestra with which she regularly collaborates to tackle works from this period.
