Prohlídku paláce s audio průvodcem lze zahájit kdykoli během oficiální otevírací doby. V zimním období (listopad–březen) doporučujeme začít mezi 10:00 a 15:30, v letním období (duben–říjen) mezi 10:00 a 16:30.
Palác je v zimě (listopad–březen) uzavřen v 17:00 (poslední vstup v 16:30) a v létě (duben–říjen) v 18:00 (poslední vstup v 17:30).
