From the pastoral delights of Debussy's Suite bergamasque and the island rhapsodies of L'isle joyeuse, to the fiery Third Scherzo and Mazurkas of Chopin's homeland, van den Bercken is renowned for her ability to bring vivid color to her interpretations. Especially well‐known for her commitment to Handel, the Suite in E 'The Harmonious Blacksmith' completes the van der Bercken's program.
