Okouzlující Šeherezáda Rimského‐Korsakova, jejíž úvodní akordy zahraje Luca Santaniello, koncertní mistr Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano, nás přenese do exotických krajů, kde prostřednictvím našich smyslů a emocí prozkoumáme příběh ženy, která okouzlila sultána svými příběhy z Tisíce a jedné noci. V tomto programu přináší všestranný talent pianisty a dirigenta Sunwooka Kima toto mistrovské dílo spolu s vrcholem klavírního repertoáru: Beethovenovým Čtvrtým koncertem pro klavír a orchestr, kde poprvé v historii klavír přerušuje úvodní ticho, které předchází tradičnímu orchestrálnímu úvodu.

| Orchestr: | Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi Known colloquially as 'La Verdi', Milan's famed symphony orchestra was formed in the early 90s to supplement the city's already‐generous cultural offering. Making its home in Milan's Auditorio, La Verdi features among Europe's most respected and admired symphonic ensembles. Its first Musical Director, Ricardo Chailly, now holds the title of Conductor Laureate, while the Austrian conductor, Emmanuel Tjeknavorian, a fast‐rising star in the orchestral firmament took over the role of Musical Director in 2024, following in the footsteps of several major names in the classical world. La Verdi welcomes a starry roster of soloists and guest conductors over the course of an extensive and varied annual season, and regularly features as guests of honour at important state occasions and international concert engagements. |
