Court of the Myrtles (Patio de los Arrayanes)

The Court of the Myrtles in Alhambra had various names throughout the course of history. Its current name derives from the myrtles which grow in the court, posing as a perfect contrast to the white marble surrounding them. During the Festival of Music and Dance in Granada, the court is used for open air concerts.
