The French Cathedral, also known as Friedrichstadtkirche or Französischer Dom, is situated on the Gendarmenmarkt, one of the most beautiful squares in the center of Berlin. Together with the Konzerthaus Berlin and the German Cathedral (also know as the New Church), the 18th‐century building is part of an impressive neo‐Classical ensemble. Today the French Cathedral is very often used as a venue for concerts with international artists.
