Be blown away by soloist Peter Sadlo in "Fireworks" for percussion and orchestra.

Catalan composer Ferran Cruixent's Focs d'artifici was especially written for Peter Sadlo, the solo‐timpanist of the Bavarian State Orchestra, who is called on to play far more than timpani in this exuberant work.

The young conductor Omer Meir Wellber also conducts works by Manuel de Falla and Shostakovich.
