The Crystal Ball, a traditional high point of Prague's carnival season, is a spectacular arena for fans of Carnival.
Reviving hundreds of years of tradition, the magical phenomenon of Carnival enables anyone today to toss away the conventions without hesitation and become an actor on the imaginary scene of the Theatre of the World. A mask and a costume, the indispensable outfit of a genuine “carnevalier”, blurring all social differences, allows everyone to turn into whoever they want to be.
Glittering costumes, breathtaking masks, astonishing dancers, great actors and acrobats are the embellishment to the fabulous and exclusive evening filled with fantasy, colours splendid music and entertainment. Baroque “grandioso” Crystal Ball is an impressive interpretation of historical times when dreams and reality melded into one.
Enjoy a remarkable evening, a tribute to beauty, arts and hundreds of years of tradition of the famed Prague carnival nights.
Dress code:
To attend The Crystal Ball, a historical costume and a mask are required.

Their style ranges from the XVIth “Mannerism” century, to prestigious "Glamour" XVIIIth century.
