In collaboration with cutting‐edge composers, percussionist Christian Dierstein is known for inventing new playing techniques and concepts of music theater.

Many new compositions for percussion instruments have been dedicated to Dierstein; these include three “micro music theater” works by Lucia Ronchetti, Daniel Ott and François Sarhan which will be presented as part of this concert.
