A charming performance in the dramatic setting in the historical Prague salon from the last century. A selection of the most beautiful arias and melodies by Dvorak are interpreted by leading opera soloists and violin virtuosos.
Rusalka, The Jacobin, Moravian Duets, Biblical Songs, Mazurek and many other unforgettable compositions take the spectator back to a time when Dvorak, then at the peak of his creativity, stood at the forefront of both Czech and American music cultural life. The direct contact between performers and spectators adds intensity to the event. Historical items from Dvorak's life, such as musical instruments, scores, and letters enhance the experience in the splendid baroque interior and acoustics of the Villa America. Guests are invited to visit the Museum and to drink a toast with a glass of Becherovka.
The performance is featured in English or in Czech, with arias in the original language. Multilingual programmes are available.

Wendella H., Canada, October 19 2011 The concert was excellent. I believe it should be advertised more to attract more people.
