Tchaikovsky at the Bologna Festival

The Nutcracker Suite and the Violin Concerto, performed by the St. Petersburg Philharmonic.

The Spanish violinist Leticia Moreno, still in her late twenties, takes the solo part of Tchaikovsky's concerto. The orchestra of St. Petersburg (where Tchaikosvky lived and died) also play the famous suite from his ballet The Nutcracker and the Polonaise dance from his opera Eugene Onegin.
