Watch a new film by Lucas van Woerkum, accompanied by a live orchestra.

Featuring several prominent Dutch actors, van Woerkum's film brings the fairy‐tale on which Stravinsky based his ballet to the screen, fitting perfectly with the orchestral suite.

The film features Hannah Hoekstra and Willem Voogd. Gijs Scholten van Aschat stars as the sinister sorcerer Kastchei.

Pablo González conducts the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra.
