Music by two of Europe's finest composers at Europe's most prestigious festival.

Many of Europe's finest orchestras visit Salzburg to play at the Festival, but this concert is a chance to hear some home‐grown talent, along with conductor and solo‐violinst Thomas Zehetmair.

Mozart's 'Haffner' Serenade and Mendelssohn's overture 'The Fair Melusine' are paired with a new work by John Casken, receiving its Austrian premiere.
